Marsha Wilder has worked with Maestral International since 2017 and serves as Executive Assistant in a part-time role. She supports Maestral’s President and global team by providing essential administrative and operational support for the organization’s day-to-day operations.
Marsha’s role focuses on managing the President’s calendar and travel, coordinating logistics for meetings, retreats, and Board activities, and providing administrative support across the organization. Marsha assists Maestral’s consultants with scheduling and travel, supports onboarding, safeguards sensitive files, and provides flexible support across a wide range of tasks as needed, contributing to effective coordination and a collaborative team culture. In addition to her work at Maestral, Marsha runs her own small business, Wilder Piano Studio, where she teaches more than 30 piano students. She also serves as Administrative Assistant for Hope Station, a nonprofit in Chengdu, China focused on family strengthening, founded and directed by her daughter. Marsha holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Northwestern–St. Paul.
