John Glover is a senior leader and advisor with more than three decades of experience in global development, organizational strategy, and large-scale institutional transformation. His career spans international NGOs, global consulting firms, technology and innovation initiatives, and higher education–affiliated research institutions.
Most recently, John served as Head of the Technology and Innovation Lab and Executive Director of the Global Development and Innovation Division at the Purdue Applied Research Institute, where he led the establishment and growth of a new organization focused on global development, digital innovation, and public–private–academic partnerships. In this role, he was responsible for strategy and budget development, organizational design, team building, and governance, while fostering partnerships with government agencies, foundations, corporations, and academic institutions.
John currently serves as a Senior Advisor for Organizational Development with LG Consulting, where he supports international nonprofits and mission-driven organizations on leadership development, board engagement, organizational change, and strategic repositioning. His earlier career includes senior leadership roles at Plan International USA, Abt Associates, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Booz Allen Hamilton, and IBM Business Consulting Services.
John holds a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University, a Master of Arts from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University. He resides in the United States.
