Emmanuel Wireko Antwi-Boasiako is an international development specialist, a child protection expert, a certified Results-Based Management Specialist and a certified data analyst with more than seventeen years of professional experience, including nearly a decade in international development consultancy. His work focuses on child protection systems strengthening, social systems strengthening, and results-based social and economic programme management, supporting governments and international partners through evaluations, systems and institutional assessments, policy formulation, strategic planning, development of operational procedures, capacity strengthening, and applied research.

As a child protection specialist, Emmanuel has contributed to strengthening child protection systems, care reform, case management, child labour and child trafficking initiatives through assessments/evaluations, strategic plan development, capacity building and program management.

Emmanuel holds a Master of Philosophy in Development Planning, an undergraduate degree in Development Planning, and professional certifications in data analysis and results-based management. He is based in Ghana.
