Executive Assistant
Marsha has worked in her current part-time role at Maestral since 2017 and enjoys handling the administrative details of an ever-growing organization. In her role, Marsha is responsible for managing President Philip Goldman’s calendar, communicating important information with the team, assisting the team members with flight/travel arrangements, planning meetings and events, safeguarding sensitive files, assisting with onboarding new associates, providing support and encouragement to everyone as needed and managing a wide variety of projects as they come up.
In addition to her work at Maestral, she also runs her own small business, Wilder Piano Studio, where she teaches 30+ piano students. Marsha also enjoys her role as the Administrative Assistant for Hope Station – a non-profit in Chengdu, China founded and directed by her daughter who is developing a family strengthening program there. Marsha received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Northwestern-St. Paul.
