Maestral International is recruiting a Specialized Foster Care Expert to help lead the development and piloting of specialized foster families for children with disabilities in Ukraine. This is a remote, part-time consultancy (approx. 10 days/month) for an initial 6-month period, with the possibility of extension.
The selected consultant will provide technical leadership to UNICEF Ukraine and its implementing partner, Hope and Homes for Children, contributing to national care reform efforts under the Better Care Initiative.
Ideal candidates will have deep expertise in specialized foster care, care reform, and child protection system strengthening, particularly in the European context.
