Francesca Stuer

Francesca has more than twenty years of experience in international social and health development. Her specialist expertise includes working with national governments and civil society organizations on child protection and social welfare systems strengthening, translating policy into programming, assessment, evaluation and qualitative research, capacity strengthening and organisational systems strengthening. She works with organisations to help them strengthen their safeguarding policies and associated operational procedures. She has led social service workforce assessments, parenting programme reviews and parenting programme development, case management systems development, child protection system capacity assessments, value for money assessments and various evaluation studies.
