The Year 3 Review is an outcome evaluation to help CTWWC understand the changes that have resulted from the first 3 years of our work within our demonstration countries (Kenya and Guatemala) and our regional and global influencing work.
We are looking for consultants who have a proven track record of facilitating evaluations, especially of projects operating at multiple levels, and who have an understanding of the children protection sector.
