Maestral International is expanding its Affiliate Consultant roster in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) to support our growing regional portfolio and the work of our new MENA Regional Office in Amman. This call is for independent consultants, not staff positions, who are interested in being considered for future, project-based consulting opportunities with Maestral.
Maestral Affiliates work on a consultancy basis, contributing technical expertise across our three focus areas—Care Reform, Child and Adolescent Wellbeing, and Child-Focused Social Policy—while benefiting from shared learning, technical exchange, and organizational support. Affiliates are engaged on a project-by-project basis and work remotely from their country of residence.
Consultants based in the MENA region with senior-level experience and fluency in Arabic and English are encouraged to apply. Full details on eligibility, focus areas, and what it means to be a Maestral Affiliate are outlined in the announcement document.
