In September, Maestral’s Thematic Hub Lead for Care Reform, Anna Jolly, attended The European Scientific Association on Residential and Family Care for Children and Adolescents’ (EuSARF) biannual conference, hosted at the University of Zagreb. The conference theme was ‘Transformation, Transition, and Innovation in Child Welfare’ and included presentations from ~200 researchers, policymakers, and practitioners on the below key topics:
